About

Jess was born in Northern New Jersey in a small mountain town. Surrounded by nature, she fell in love with hiking, snowboarding, skateboarding, and camping. She has been documenting her travels and explorations outdoors ever since. 

Jess moved to Santa Barbara, California to pursue her passion for film and photography at Brooks Institute. She graduated with honors, was awarded with recognition for outstanding student achievement, and was one of the founding members of the Brooks Institute student government  as the Secretary. 

After graduation, Jess worked on national commercials in Los Angeles, California as an Office Production Assistant for Hungry Man Productions, working for clients such as Aveeno, Emirates, and Lowes. She then accepted a job in New York City with Colossal Media, where she assisted the Producer in creating content for clients such as, REI, GoPro, and Wieden + Kennedy. Currently, she works full-time as a Content Marketing Manager creating photo and video content for a health and wellness startup as well as is pursuing freelance and passion work on the side.
